Crafted from premium stoneware clay sourced from North East Thailand, each plate is made using a slip cast forming technique. The cast is a plaster mould that holds the liquid clay in order to form with exacting detail while allowing for the patterns to free flow before setting, ensuring a consistent and refined shape. Handmade by skilled artisans, this process includes careful hand-trimming and glazing, resulting in a unique and high-quality piece.
The plate showcases the distinctive marbling of four different clays, with flowing colours that mimic natural earthy patterns. The soft, milky-white matte satin glaze reduces light reflection, allowing the vibrant patterns to subtly enhance your culinary creations.
